§ 1150.102. Decision.

(a)The judge shall issue a decision within thirty
(30)days after the hearing ends or, when the parties submit posthearing briefs, within thirty
(30)days after the filing of the briefs.
(b)The decision shall contain
(1)all findings of fact and conclusions of law regarding all material issues of fact and law presented in the record,
(2)the reasons for each finding of fact and conclusion of law, and
(3)other provisions which effectuate the purposes of the Architectural Barriers Act and section 502 of the Rehabilitation Act. The decision may direct the parties to take specific action or may order the suspension or withholding of Federal funds.
(c)The decision shall be served on all parties and participants to the proceedings.
